- I am not sure how to relay the experience we had this past weekend at the Herrington Manor that I won during the "Twelve Days of Textmas." We invited 5 families to join our family this past weekend and it was UNBELIEVABLE from beginning to end. From setting it up with Jennifer at Railey Mountain Lake Vacations to the walk through that Lori gave us upon arrival to THE HOUSE to the memories that we made.....It was truly special. The house is in great shape, well maintained and beautiful furnishings. The pool and hot tubs were a HUGE hit with the kids. - This is the 4th year we have been to Deep Creek, a group of our friends get together for a weekend. It is a great environment and we enjoy ourselves each year we come. - We rent through RMLV every year, and every one is very kind and nice. I would like to note we waited this year to book our house, and by the time we got around to it there were only 5 available for the weekend interested and the # of beds we needed. We all agreed this house exceeded our expectations. It was actually very nicely maintained, decorated, and we all agreed it was one of our favorites. It did not feel like a rental and seemed to have extra tlc put into this home. Your Most Special Memory: Our time together as friends and family -- the special memories through the years that we have been coming to Deep Creek and renting houses through RMLV. - Spending 3 hours trying to teach my 9-year old to ski at WISP. The first time he was able to ski down the entire hill without falling brought tears to my eyes! - We have been visiting Deep Creek for 30+ years. Our first visit was to Fantasy Valley which no longer exists. We stumbled onto Railey at some point over the years. Each time we are there it is a relaxing time with family and friends. Sometimes we are out and about the whole time. Other times we never leave the property. - Your web site is very easy to navigate around. Many sites claim to be user friendly but your site really is easy to use. All of your vacation planners are great - very knowledgeable of each property and very helpful when I have questions. Part of the reason I keep coming back to Railey's is your staff. They are great!!! I received an email prior to coming into Deep Creek, a card was waiting for me when I got there and a follow-up email after I left. It doesn't get any better than that. As always. Your staff take great care in cleaning your properties. If I ever win the lottery and buy a home of my own in Deep Creek, I am coming to Railey's to manage it. All of our guests commented on how comfortable the beds were and the house in general. It is very spacious while being cozy at the same time. That is not easy task to accomplish. I have already booked Peak of Perfection for next November. I have been coming to Deep Creek every November since 2000 and have no plans to discontinue that practice. - We rented this home to surprise my mother for her birthday. It was memorable since my husband's parents joined us and they were all able to enjoy time with our children-their grand-kids. - It was wonderful. Well maintained and very clean. It had a really "homey" feel with all the little extra things - even the Christmas decorations!!!! Everything was in good condition. The bed I slept in was very comfortable! We truly appreciate the owners of #10 allowing our whole family to gather in the evenings for supper and to play games. - Our house was beautiful, it was spacious and had a wall of just windows. We also appreciated that the hot tub was not covered by a level above, another huge bonus was that the kitchen had a lot of items such as large pots and pans for us to use to cook our own meals.
