Nancy Railey, Owner

Having spent 30 years growing this business in Garrett County, Nancy is committed to playing an active role in the growth and stability of tourism in Garrett County. She spends much of her time working with state and local legislators to improve awareness of our area and the importance of tourism. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Garrett County Chamber of Commerce, the Deep Creek Lake Property Owners Association, Adventure Sports Center International, and Garrett County Development Corporation.

Leigh Clarke, Managing Director

Leigh has a degree in Finance from University of Virginia's McIntire School of Commerce and a MBA from INSEAD. She began consulting to the Vacation Rental industry in 2001, developing statistical analytics and introducing small business owners to advanced management tools and approaches. Leigh worked with Railey Mountain Lake Vacations to help them understand shifting customer preferences and to predict future demand for properties. She is now responsible for daily operations of the company. Leigh serves on the Board of Directors for the Vacation Rental Managers Association (VRMA) and is an active conference speaker. Leigh has worked with Railey Mountain Lake Vacations for 10 years.

Tammy Stewart, Assistant Managing Director

Tammy manages the sales team for Railey Mountain Lake Vacations including the Reservations, Activities, and Special Events departments. She also manages the HOA accounting operations for Suites at Silver Tree, Ski Harbor Condominiums, and Waterfront Greens. She has held management positions in the Accounting and Property Services departments as well. Tammy has worked with Railey Mountain Lake Vacations for 8 years.

Leslie Miller, General Manager of Property Services

Leslie manages the daily operations of Railey Mountain Lake Vacations housekeeping, maintenance, quality control, hot tub/ pool and laundry operations. She is known for her positive attitude, discipline and insistence on quality service. She supervises over 70 employees. Leslie has worked for Railey Mountain Lake Vacations for 12 years.

Jennifer Durben, Manager of Marketing

Jennifer came to Railey Mountain Lake Vacations after earning her degree in Travel and Tourism. She manages all aspects of the company's branding, advertising, web presence, public relations and social media. She has worked for Railey Mountain Lake Vacations for 10 years.

Leigh Miller, Director of New Owner Relations

Leigh graduated from Frostburg State University with a BS degree in Business Management with a focus on Operations Management. She manages all relationships with new owners. She handles the initial contacts, rental rate projections and contract process. She has extensive knowledge of rental trends in Deep Creek Lake and industry markets. She has worked for Railey Mountain Lake Vacations for 9 years.

Lori Nelson, Manager of Suites at Silver Tree

Lori manages all daily operations for the Suites at Silver Tree, including sales, housekeeping and maintenance. Lori also coordinates operational activity for Suites at Silver Tree HOA and Ski Harbor HOA. Lori has worked for Railey Mountain Lake Vacations for 4 years.

Lynn Mancini, Manager of Railey Design Center

Lynn manages the interior design process for properties in the Railey Mountain Lake Vacations rental program. She sources wholesale furniture and leads the team to upgrade homes to 4 and 5 star status. She is an accomplished artist and furniture designer, and has 13 years experience working with Vacation Rental Homes and Real Estate.
